For any reservation, a credit card number and expiry date will be requested as a guarantee.

To access our apartments, we will be able to ask you for a valid identity document per person staying in our establishment. It is forbidden to receive anyone who does not appear on the reservation, in the event of non-compliance, the cancellation of the reservation will be immediate and the total amount of the reservation will remain due.

Our cancellation policy:

Cancellation policy is seven days prior to arrival date.

In order for it to be valid, we will ask you for a cancellation in writing.

After this date, the full amount of the reservation will be due.

Any reservation for 2 people will give access to a single bedroom, including apartments with 2 bedrooms.

A supplement to occupy the second bedroom or the sofa bed will be applicable.

Our accommodations are all non-smoking, in case of non-compliance, we reserve the right to charge an additional night.
